"Very unhappy with this office at the present time. They failed to note when we sold our house and have been charging us for the last four years. They knew we were very upset, but they made no effort to work with us in settling this. We have been with SF for forty years , homes and cars. Would have thought Mr Patel would have at least called us. Looking for another agent."

"I've been with them for years and they've always been nothing but helpful and friendly. I can't think of a single time I called them and they didn't immediately have whatever I was calling about taken care of right. Just last week, I called late in the day to have our policy changed, and then the next day had to call to change it back, and Nancy fixed it within minutes both times. They're great here and always have been!"
